I ordered from Rewash because they mentioned plastic-free packaging, so I was a bit disappointed when my parcel still showed up with some plastic tape and a little bit of wrap inside. Maybe it just depends on what you buy, but it was still annoying.

The product itself was fine, just nothing that really stood out. I guess I expected a little better on the packaging side, especially since that was the main reason I ordered. Not sure I’d buy from them again.

I ordered this from Rewash thinking it would work with my washer. Seemed like it should. Or at least I thought it did. But once I tried setting it up, nope. Didn’t fit my machine at all.

The compatibility info on the site felt kind of vague, so I had to go back and check model numbers all over again. Just a hassle. Now I have to return it, which is annoying. Would’ve been way better if it was clearer up front which washers it actually works with.

I gave Rewash a try, and maybe I’m just used to websites following a certain flow, but this one threw me off. I kept assuming the next step would be in the usual place or that certain buttons would do what they normally do, but half the time I ended up clicking around trying to figure it out. The pages felt kind of cluttered, and simple things took longer than they should have. I’m sure it might make sense once you learn the layout, but for me it was frustrating.

I thought the discount would apply a certain way, but the details weren’t very clear. Because of that, I wasn’t sure what I was actually saving until checkout.

At first, I was disappointed because the return seemed to take longer than I expected. The refund did come through eventually, but it was later than I would’ve liked.

Using the website was frustrating. The menus kept throwing me off, and I felt like I had to keep forcing myself to be patient just to find basic stuff. After a while, it really didn’t feel worth the hassle.

I mean, I thought this was going to help keep my shirts looking brighter, but after maybe two washes they already looked kind of dull. I’m not totally sure if it was just my laundry routine or the product, but it definitely didn’t seem to make a difference for me. Annoying, honestly.

Just a warning if you usually wash on cold like I do, this didn’t clean my clothes very well. They still had a bit of a smell afterward, and some marks were still there too. I ended up having to run another wash, which was annoying. Definitely not something I’d rely on for cold washes

I really wanted to love this, but I’m kind of torn. It cleaned my clothes fine, so I can’t really complain about that part, but the scent was a letdown. After washing, it was barely noticeable, and when I smelled it up close it had a slightly odd note I didn’t love. It’s not terrible, but since I mainly bought it for the fragrance, I probably wouldn’t get it again.

I really wanted to like this because the ingredients seem nice and it’s great that it’s eco-friendly and all. Unfortunately, my clothes came out still smelling like they hadn’t really been washed, which is kind of the whole point. So, love the idea, just wish it actually did the job.

I tried the Rewash tablets a few different times, they kind of confirmed what I already suspected about laundry tablets. They just didn’t dissolve properly for me. After the wash, I kept finding little bits stuck in the drum, and a couple times there was residue on the clothes too.
Maybe they work better with hotter water or a different machine, but I’m not trying to run extra cycles just to get one load clean. I had a feeling they’d be more hassle than they’re worth, and unfortunately that ended up being true for me. I won’t be buying them again

I found the dosing process kind of frustrating. There’s still too much guessing involved, and having to keep going through verification over and over just makes the whole thing feel more annoying than it should be.

I just wanted to change my plan, but it felt like I had to click through half the site to figure out where to do it. It was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Support kept giving me those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies too, which made it even more annoying instead of helpful.

Nothing was ruined or anything, it just didn’t seem as careful as I was hoping with softer fabrics. Overall it was okay, but I probably wouldn’t send anything delicate again.

That said, I’m still not totally sold on it yet?! I couldn’t find a ton of details or reviews about the brand, so I’d probably order again, but only something small until I feel more confident.

My order arrived and everything was okay, but the box was crushed on one side. Thankfully nothing was damaged, but the packaging didn’t feel as sturdy as I’d expect. I’ve had a good experience overall, but if this keeps happening, I’d probably think twice before ordering again.
